Shipping And Delivery

All parcels from KIMDELSSOHN.SHOP are shipped from Korea.Shipping cost is calculated from Korea to the destination country. Every order is normally shipped out within 72 hours from the time of receiving the order.If a shipping delay occurs, we inform customers of the issue within 72 hours.We are unable to ship to the following address: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO.

Our team operates from South Korea and offers guaranteed authentic items to our customers.

We source our products from direct suppliers depending on the volume of the demand to fulfill the request. Maximum timeframe would take up to 2-4 weeks. After the stocks are ready, they will ship the items to our fulfillment center which will take about 2-7 business days.

Parcel Tracking

When order parcels are shipped, we email tracking numbers to customers.
The email contains both order details and shipment tracking numbers.


Shipping Notice

The weight of the box and bubble wrap will automatically be added to the shipping weight when the shipping method is selected.
Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please note that some carriers like Pantos, EMS, Korea Post do not ship to PO Boxes. 

Delivery time might be subject to possible delays due to customs clearance. We do not take responsibility for any shipping delay.

When shipping outside of south korea, the customer is responsible for any taxes and duties required by the country of delivery.

Shipping Courier Services

To ensure the best shopping experience, we use DHL, UPS, and EMS to deliver our packages. We use Standard Shipping as our default shipping.

  • DHL or UPS Express: ETA of 2~8 days after shipment

  • EMS : ETA of 10~15 days after shipment

Process

  1. Processing: Upon your placement of order, allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) for the system to process it.
     

  2. Brand fulfillment: Our team operates from South Korea and offers guaranteed authentic items to our customers. We source our products from direct suppliers depending on the volume of the demand to fulfill the request. After confirming, they will ship the items to our fulfillment center. This step may take up to 7 business days.
     

  3. Shipping: Our company strives to deliver high-quality items in pristine condition. Thus after receiving the items, we check each and make sure of its quality and that it can travel safely across the globe without a dent or scratch. Once your products are ready, we will be shipping them out using international courier, DHL or EMS or UPS and ship them out within the day or after the label is printed. Cancellation would not be possible at this step as products are ready to ship. Shipping takes up to 10 days, including delivery depending on the shipping method and your country of residence.
     

  4. Notification: After shipment, you will receive a notification via email or text message with a tracking number (multiple tracking numbers if your order is shipped in multiple packages). If you do not receive your package 4 weeks after receiving your tracking information, please contact our customer team at hi@kimdelssohn.co

       

       Additional notes:

  • Occasionally, there may be out-of-stock products upon checking with our partners. In this case, we’ll contact you separately and give you a full refund.

  • If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole package will only be shipped out once pre-order items are available.

  • Editing orders (remove, add) should be done within the next 24 hours after the order has been successfully placed. Requests beyond the timeframe would be automatically declined.

CUSTOMS and TAX

Please check your country’s customs policy before purchase. Depending on your country's customs and tax policies, there may be additional taxes and fees. We are not responsible for any additional charges.


Delivery Failure

  • Refund

        - The refund process will NOT be proceeded until KIMDELSSOHN is informed any official results from the couriers.

        - The customer MUST provide us the proof of evidence such as pictures for any issues occurred

  • Unclaimed Return

If a parcel is returned to KIMDELSSOHN because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
KIMDELSSOHN is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.
